This is the blog of the Parenting in the Workplace Institute, a non-profit dedicated to providing resources and assistance for the implementation of formal business programs in which parents can bring their children to work and care for them while doing their jobs. We are currently focused on babies-at-work programs, in which babies can come to work with their parents until they’re about six to eight months of age or crawling.
